“It’s an honour to present you the opportunity to secure a cask of whisky produced at Greenbanks. Tasmanian malted barley is renowned for producing a luscious, creamy whisky, and we enhance that character in our distillation process. Our ‘on grain’ fermentation and distillation, a first for Tasmanian whisky production, brings elevated nutty and cereal characters to the spirit. Maturation in first-fill bourbon casks provide further complexity, with vanilla and caramel notes coming to the fore. The impact of our Tasmanian terroir, known to bring notes of orchard fruits to the whisky, is something that develops over time in the cask.”
