Tasting Notes
A fresh, lively nose to start followed by hints of rye, oak, cream soda, candied lemon rind, and Persian dried limes. The vibrant palate shows notes of cereal and oak spice. A pleasant sweetness builds into the finish where lingering zesty notes continue.

Single Cask Rye Whisky
Single cask rye whisky featuring a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, matured in a rejuvenated 100L ex-bourbon cask (CS-027).

Tasting Notes
The nose is superbly aromatic with strong orchard fruit notes alongside floral hints and notes of tropical fruit. On the palate, there is a silky mouthfeel with notes of fresh pear, apple and menthol balanced by a hint of warming spice. The finish is fruity and spiced with a pleasant lingering character.

Wheat-Rye-Malt New Make Spirit
New make spirit, using all Tasmanian grains, comprising 70% wheat, 20% rye and 10% malted barley.

Tasting Notes
Ripe fruit notes such as pineapple and grapes appear on the nose together with hints of elderflower and lemon zest. The palate offers notes of tropical fruit, green banana and rhubarb and custard balanced by a floral sweetness throughout.
